Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 10, 2026. This policy explains how Incura collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit our website and submit inquiries or demo requests.
Information we collect
We may collect business contact details, practice details, demo request information, a mobile phone number if you choose to give us one, and technical usage data (such as device and browser data) when you use this website. We only collect information needed to respond to inquiries, arrange demos, and operate the website securely.
How we use information
We use information to process demo requests, communicate with you, send relevant updates, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Data sharing
We do not share a practice’s data with anyone unless the practice agrees to it. The details you enter on this website are passed only to the services that help us run it and reply to you, such as the scheduling, form, and text messaging services described below, and only for that purpose. We do not sell personal information.
Scheduling widget
Our request page embeds a scheduling widget from Calendly so you can book a time without leaving the site. When you open that page, your browser contacts Calendly directly, and Calendly may set its own cookies and receive technical data such as your IP address and browser. Anything you enter when booking is handled under Calendly’s own privacy policy as well as this one. If you would rather not use it, the form on the same page loads nothing from Calendly. It is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-handling service, which receives the details you enter in order to pass them on to us.
Data retention and security
We retain data only as long as necessary for legitimate business and legal purposes. Access to it is restricted to the people who need it to respond to you or provide the service, and we sign a BAA before any practice data is shared.
How we contact you
We use your contact details to reply to your request and, occasionally, to send updates about Incura. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any email or contacting us directly. If you give us a mobile number, see Text messages below.
Text messages
If you add a mobile number to our request form, we will use it to contact you about your request, including via text message. Message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. We do not sell your number or share it with anyone for their marketing. It is passed only to the messaging service that delivers our texts, and only for that purpose.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal information. You may also request communication preference changes and consent withdrawal. Contact us at sales@incuraai.com for privacy requests.
