The number at the bottom of the report

Find the money that never reached your account.

A monthly report tells you what was collected. It cannot tell you what should have been collected, because the same process produced both numbers. The audit is the second look: we go through a closed month against your own data and come back with the specific dollars that are still recoverable, and what happened to each one.

What an audit finds

The month you were told about, and the month that actually happened.

The difference

$27,400

found in a single month at a three-provider practice. Money already earned and already owed. It simply never arrived, and no report was ever going to say so.

That was one month. Nobody had checked the eleven before it.

Total recoverable

$27,400

Across 112 claims at a three-provider practice, September

  • A payer’s contract sets a rate for a procedure and the payment came in under it. Nothing about the claim was rejected, so nothing flagged it. It was posted, closed, and counted as collected.

    33 claims

A sample recoverable total, broken into the kinds of loss behind it. Select any one to see what it means in plain terms.

What it does

We take a month you have already closed and check it against your practice’s own records rather than against the summary you were sent. Every dollar that should have arrived and did not gets found, sorted by what actually went wrong, and reconciled so the total ties back to what your bank actually received.

What you get

A recoverable figure you can act on, broken into the kinds of loss that produced it, with the specific claims behind each one. Where a month holds up, you get that answer just as plainly, from somebody with no reason to say it.

Why you can trust it

We do not handle your billing and we are not paid by whoever does, so no finding of ours is inconvenient for us. Every number opens into the line items it came from, which means you never have to take the total on faith.

Payment evidence

Billed, allowed and paid on every line, with contractual adjustment, patient responsibility and denial detail behind it.

Find out what last month actually was.

It starts with one short call. We will walk you through what an independent check of your billing looks for and what it turns up, with no commitment, nothing to install, and no change to how your practice runs.

We usually reply within one business day.
